On 30th October, the School of Mining and Energy Engineering will host this conference dedicated to distributed generation through rural energy communities. In particular, the contribution of rural energy citizenship to the energy transition will be discussed and the work of the EC4RURAL project will be presented.
The speakers are the following:
Xavier Simón: Professor of Applied Economics at the University of Vigo. Responsible for the Galician Wind Observatory and researcher at the Inter-University Research Centre on Atlantic Cultural Landscapes.
Almudena Fiunte: EC4RURAL technician at the University of Vigo.
